What happens when the 30-day free runs out?+
Your workspace goes read-only. Every doc stays exactly where you left it, and the AI assistant can still answer questions. Editing and importing pause until you upgrade. No data is ever deleted.
Do I need a card to start?+
No. Start free with just an email and password. We only ask for a card when you choose to upgrade.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?+
Yes, any time. Switching to annual immediately drops your seat rate to AUD 8. Switching to monthly takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a non-profit or education discount?+
Yes, registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions get 50% off. Drop us an email after you sign up.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual plans over 25 seats can pay by invoice.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from settings, no email needed. Your workspace stays accessible until the end of the period you've already paid for, then goes read-only. Your data stays.
